Dhaval Shah

Dhaval Shah is an experienced networking professional currently serving as the Network Operations Team Lead at Toast since October 2024. Previously, Dhaval held various roles at Sophos from August 2014, including Senior Network Infrastructure Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed managing global network infrastructure, troubleshooting incidents, and acting as a project manager. Dhaval's extensive experience also includes positions at State Street as a Network Support Engineer, where oversight of global network connectivity was a key duty, and earlier roles at INFOCOMMONS and Asha Packaging that involved technical support and network management. Dhaval holds a Master's degree in Computer System Networking and Telecom from Northeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from the University of Mumbai.
