Gautham Reddy

Gautham Reddy is an experienced technology leader specializing in software development and engineering, with a focus on wireless technologies. Since April 2019, Gautham has served as the Director of Software Development at Sophos, leading the wireless team in developing cloud-managed access points. Prior roles include Sr. Manager positions at Ruckus Networks and Ruckus Wireless, where leadership was provided in custom wireless platform development. Gautham also has significant experience in IoT architectures from a Director Engineering role at Aricent and managed Wi-Fi firmware teams at CSR. Additional experience includes technical leadership at Motorola Solutions and driver development at WiQuest Semiconductors. Gautham holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Karnatak University.
