Massimo Tommasin

Massimo Tommasin has held various roles in a number of companies since 2012. From 2012 to 2015, they were a Trainee at TFE ingegneria s.r.l. and InfoCert, and a Consultant at Gruppo Bettin Srl. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Nestlè Waters, starting as a Project Engineer, then a Maintenance Supervisor, a Production and Engineering Manager, and an Area Manager. From 2019 to 2022, they were a Delivery Station Manager and an Area Manager at Amazon. Currently, they are the Director of Operations at Soplaya, where they are responsible for managing all Operations teams, managing relationships with 3PL, defining Inbound, Stocking, Outbound and Onroad processes, setting KPI, and setting the mid-long term strategy of the Operations Department.

Massimo Tommasin has an educational background in Mechanical Engineering, having obtained a Bachelor's degree from the Università degli Studi di Padova in 2013 and a Master's degree from the same institution in 2016. Prior to this, they obtained a High School Diploma from the Liceo statale "E.Majorana - E. Corner" in 2007. In addition, they have obtained a First Certificate in English (FCE) from Cambridge English Language Assessment in 2007 and an Italian State License for the profession of Industrial Engineer from the Università degli Studi di Padova in 2016.
