Fabrice Delacroix

Fabrice Delacroix is an experienced industrial manager with a strong background in production and Lean management. Currently serving as Responsable industriel and Responsable production petfood at SOPRAL since January 2018, Fabrice previously worked as an independent consultant in production and Lean management. Prior positions include Responsable production at Mersen, overseeing a graphite production unit, and at Technic France, managing production planning for chemical products. Fabrice also held various engineering roles, enhancing manufacturing processes and product industrialization. Educational qualifications include a master's degree from CESI Ecole d'Ingénieurs and a DUT in Chemistry from Paris-Sud University.
