Koen Gerarts possesses extensive experience in project management and IT service management, having held positions at Sopra Steria since June 2006, where roles include People Manager for Digital Platform Services and Senior Project Manager. Additional experience includes senior project management at Crelan, as well as significant contributions at AXA Bank Belgium focusing on cost reduction and technical projects. Previous roles span project management in various organizations such as PepsiCo, KBC Bank & Verzekering, Acerta, and Provincie Antwerpen, with a foundation in system engineering and servicedesk coordination at Real Software. Koen holds a degree in Industrial Engineering, specializing in electrical and electronic engineering, from Katholieke Hogeschool Limburg.
