Thierry Drouin

Thierry Drouin has extensive work experience in engineering and management roles. Thierry is currently serving as the Engineering Director for SOPREMA Canada since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Saputo Dairy Products Canada for more than two decades, where they held the position of Director of Engineering from April 2011 to January 2022 and served as an Engineering Project Lead from April 2003 to April 2011. Before Saputo, Thierry worked at GE Appliances Canada, a Mabe Company, as the Reliability and Performance Laboratory Manager and an Engineering Project Lead. Their tenure at GE Appliances lasted from April 2001 to April 2003. Thierry began their career at Danone as a Production Supervisor from April 1999 to April 2001.

Thierry Drouin completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from École de technologie supérieure between 1995 and 1998. Thierry later pursued a short-term course in Agro-industry and agricultural affairs, specializing in cheesemaking technology, from ENIL - Lycée Agricole et Agroalimentaire Saint-Lô Thère in 2018. Additionally, they obtained a college diploma (DEC) in Building Mechanics from College Ahuntsic, which they completed from 1989 to 1993.
