Silvia Garcia

Silvia Garcia has been in the professional world since 2011, when they began their role as a Campaign ZEEE-11 at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. In 2013, they joined Baker Hughes as a Geophysicist Specialist in Borehole Seismic/Geoscientist I, where their main roles included seismic analyst and integrated studies with geological information, well log data, surface and borehole seismic data. In 2017, they were promoted to Consultant Analyst at Baker Hughes. Currently, Silvia is a Customer Engagement & Business Development at SOPRIS Technologies, Inc.

Silvia Garcia has a Bachelor's Degree in Geophysical Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar, which they obtained in 2011. In 2014-2015, they completed a Specialization in Applied Geoscience to Oil/Gas Exploration and Development at the University of Buenos Aires. In 2012, they completed an Intensive English Course at Inlingua Language Center. Since 2017, they have taken several courses on edX, including Introduction to Data Analysis using Excel, Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Excel, Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Power BI, and Financial Accounting and Analysis. Silvia is currently enrolled in the Programa Codo a Codo Testing & QA program.
