Maxime Besson

Maxime Besson is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in technology analysis and development. Currently serving as an Analyste technologies de l’information et de la communication, Chef d'équipe, Scrum Master & Product Owner at SOQUIJ since May 2018, Maxime manages a team of five and plays a key role in overseeing project roadmaps, fostering collaboration through the establishment of Tribu concepts, and enhancing Agile tool usage. Prior to this, Maxime worked at Morneau Shepell from September 2013 to May 2018, holding positions such as Développeur web principal and Analyste Programmeur, where responsibilities included comprehensive intranet development and maintenance, utilizing languages such as C# and SQL, and applying Agile methodologies. Maxime holds a Maitrise in Information Technology from École de technologie supérieure and an engineering degree in Computer Science from 3iL Ingénieurs.
