Aiste Baubliene

Aiste Baubliene has a diverse range of work experience in various companies and roles. Aiste started their career at BITĖ Lietuva as an IT Assistant in 1997. Aiste then moved on to work at TEO as a Quality Manager in the IT department from 1998 to 2001. In 2002, they joined Lintel as the Head of Quality and Projects' Implementation unit until 2006. Aiste then spent several years at SEB Lietuvoje, where they held various positions including Manager of Quality Management Processes, Manager of CRM Processes, and Head of Customer Relationship Management (Business Development) from 2006 to 2015. Aiste also served as the Head of Payment Card Services Sales Unit and Head of Segments and Innovations. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as an HR Business Partner at SEB Lietuvoje. Aiste is currently working at Sorainen as Head of HR since 2018 and was promoted to Head of Business Development in July 2020.

Aiste Baubliene completed their postgraduate studies, focusing on "Working with groups of adults in organization" at Vilnius University from 2018 to 2021. In 2020, they also participated in the Sector Leadership Masterclass in Law at Harvard Law School Executive Education. Aiste obtained their Master's degree in Economics, specializing in International Economics, from Vilnius University between 1994 and 2000.
