Vidhan Bagdai

Vidhan Bagdai is a Software Engineer at Soroco since October 2021, with prior experience as a Project Engineer at Wipro Limited from June 2019 to October 2021, specializing as an AWS Developer. Significant projects include the development of a virtual Contact Center leveraging AWS Connect, which enhanced customer experience and improved resolution speed; a product that automated account opening and service requests for banks, increasing onboarding efficiency and reducing operational costs; and a fully automated online interactive voice-based assessment process bot using Azure and AWS services. Vidhan is pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science at both Scaler and Woolf, while holding a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology, completed in 2019.
