C-Tagme Michelle Phillips

Michelle Phillips, C-TAGME, serves as the Graduate Medical Education Program Coordinator at Kaweah Health since May 2014, overseeing the operations of the psychiatry residency program and managing accreditation and educational programming while facilitating communication among learners, faculty, and staff. Additionally, Michelle has been a volunteer with Soroptimist International of the Americas, Inc. since September 2020, serving as Treasurer from July 2021 to June 2023, focusing on empowering women and girls through education and training. Michelle also holds a position as a Board Member for The Academies Charter Management Organization, which includes two K-8 tuition-free charter schools in Visalia, CA, from June 2019 to August 2024.
