Aslı Erol

Aslı Erol has worked in a variety of roles in the tech industry. Aslı began their career in 2006 as a System Analyst at BSH Home Appliances, where they worked under the International Service Project Department and was responsible for defining current and future processes for customer service demanding on country needs. Aslı then moved to TAV in 2008 as a Business Analyst, followed by Turkish Airlines in 2009, where they held the roles of Online Services Project Manager and Project Manager & Senior Business Analyst. In 2015, Aslı joined Emirates as a Senior Product Owner, before taking a maternity leave in 2018. In 2019, they became a Co-Founder of Sortext, a Campaign Personalization and Optimization Solution for E-Commerce Companies. Aslı also currently works as a Product Manager / Technical Program Manager at Omio.

Aslı Erol obtained their Bachelor of Business Informatics from Marmara University in 2006, with a field of study in Business Informatics in German. Aslı also holds a Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I certification from Scrum.org obtained in July 2022, a CBAP Training - Certificate of Attendance obtained in 2013, a Fast Forward Training Seminar obtained in December 2005, an MCSD.NET from Mayasoft obtained in September 2004, an Advanced Microsoft Excel 2003 certification, an Advanced Project Planing, Management, Control and Analysis certification from PMI, and a Fourth International Conference on Management Sciences certification.
