Jessica Hippler

Jessica Hippler is currently serving as the Senior Customer Success Manager at SoSafe since October 2023. Prior to this role, Jessica held positions at Studytube and SoSafe as a Customer Success Manager. Additionally, Jessica completed a Master Thesis on Customer Journey & Customer Success at KM.ON by KARL MAYER. Jessica also has experience in marketing and business development through internships at Sino Concept and Steinbeis Business Academy. Jessica holds a M.A. in International Management Asia from HTWG Hochschule Konstanz and has studied Chinese Language at Qingdao University. Jessica's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Asian Studies and Management from HTWG Hochschule Konstanz.
