Libby Holland has extensive experience in customer success management, currently serving as a Customer Programs Manager at SoSafe since April 2022, after previously holding the title of Customer Success Manager. At AMVisor GmbH, Libby developed all customer success processes as the sole Customer Success Manager, adapting the success playbook to meet evolving challenges. Prior experience includes teaching English to diverse groups at EnglischAlternativ and instructing German at Delaware Valley Regional High School, alongside a background in business development at LoopUp. Libby holds a Master of Letters in Moral, Legal, and Political Philosophy from the University of St Andrews and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and German from Drew University.
