Payman Eslami, PhD, serves as the Founder and CEO of Soshianest Enterprise Miner (SEM) since June 2020, leading a team focused on innovative shipping market analysis through advanced data solutions. As Director at E&I Consulting Inc and previously Chief Engineer at Seaspan ULC, responsibilities included ensuring compliance with multiple specifications and leading engineering management efforts. Payman Eslami's career also encompasses significant roles at Dolphin Drilling, where expertise in engineering led to successful project completions, and at OSC-NITC, overseeing shipbuilding engineering tasks. Additionally, Payman Eslami contributed to academia as a lecturer and instructor at the PUT Faculty of Marine and NITC training center.
