Prakash Vadhyan

Prakash Vadhyan currently serves as Head of IT Commercial and Head of IT Procurement & Vendor Management at VFS Global Services since June 2012, focusing on IT infrastructure, contract management, procurement, and vendor management, while also overseeing SAP MM processes and budget control. With extensive experience from roles including General Manager-IT at Kuoni Travel Group, India, Vadhyan has been instrumental in the strategy and implementation of IT systems across the organization, supporting over 3000 users. Prior experience includes Sr Manager-IT at IL&FS Investsmart Securities Ltd., responsible for critical IT infrastructure, and Manager-IT & CTO at Interconnected Stock Exchange of India Ltd., where Vadhyan led network planning for over 300 locations. Prakash Vadhyan holds BE degrees in Electronics and Communication from Karnatak University and SDMCET Dharwad.
