Miodrag Gavriloski has worked in the technical support field since 2010. Miodrag began their career as a System and Network Administrator at JVSNet.mk in 2010, and then moved on to become a Technical Support Engineer at DVDVideoSoft in 2012. In 2016, they took on the role of Customer Technical Support Engineer at Datanyze Inc., and then became Lead Technical Support Engineer at ZoomInfo in 2018.
