Bilal Nassif

Bilal Nassif has a strong background in business analysis and technical leadership in the field of human resources management systems. Starting in 2004, they worked as an Oracle HRMS Technical Consultant for GO Transit, conducting gap analysis and creating process documentation. In 2006, they became an Oracle HRMS Consultant for MDS, leading the implementation of Oracle HR and OTL modules and managing data conversions. In 2008, they worked as an IBM-Oracle HRMS Consultant for both RONA and Capital Health, where they designed interfaces and implemented payroll and business processes. Bilal then joined IBM as an IBM-Oracle HRMS Consultant in 2008, working with the required elements for HRMS and designing interfaces. From 2010 to 2019, they were a Senior Business Analyst for AB SCIEX, offering guidance and analyzing business system requirements. In 2019, they joined Samuel, Son & Co. as a Senior Business Analyst, leading the implementation and integration of Oracle Cloud HCM modules. Most recently, since 2021, they have been a Senior Business Systems Analyst and Technical Team Lead HCM Cloud for Sotera Health Company, responsible for gathering requirements, designing solutions, and resolving production issues in Oracle Cloud HCM.
