Phillip Cupp

Phillip Cupp, MBA, currently serves as an Associate at Soterra Capital, where the focus is on investing in small to mid-size private companies with strong management and operational fundamentals. Additionally, Phillip works as a Part-time Lecturer and MBA Section Leader at the University of Louisville College of Business, providing instructional support for graduate-level financial accounting courses. Previously, Phillip co-founded and served as CEO of RIZIN Technologies, a company specializing in non-invasive breath analysis technology for detecting recent marijuana use. Their diverse experience includes roles in business intelligence consulting, technology development internships, and community revitalization. Phillip holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Louisville, a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Physician Assistant Studies from Eastern Kentucky University.
