Josh Spiegel

Josh Spiegel is an experienced real estate professional with a background in both commercial and residential sectors. Currently serving as a Broker Associate at Sothebys International Realty since April 2017, Josh previously held positions as a Commercial and Residential Specialist at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and as an Agent at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. Expertise includes sales and leasing of commercial properties, specializing in single tenant triple net leases. Earlier in the career, Josh worked as an Assistant Property Manager at Douglas Emmett, overseeing more than 200,000 square feet of luxury office and retail space, and as a Resort Development Coordinator at Anacapa Development Group, leading projects in high-end beach resorts and planned communities.
