Hannah O'Leary

Hannah O'Leary is an accomplished art professional with extensive experience in the auction and art sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director and Head of Modern & Contemporary African Art at Sotheby's since May 2016, Hannah previously held the position of Director, Head of Modern African Art. Prior to this, a decade-long tenure at Bonhams Auctioneers as Head of Department was complemented by earlier roles at Sotheby's as an Administrator and an internship at Dublin Civic Trust. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts with Honors in History of Art and Anthropology from the University of Glasgow, alongside a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in the same disciplines from the University of Melbourne.
