Carmen Guadalupe Martin Ciscar has a wealth of work experience in the finance industry. Carmen Guadalupe started in 2005 as an Analyst at Crédit Agricole CIB, where they worked in the Commercial Direction of Madrid and the Corporate Banking division of Specialized Financial Services. In 2008, they moved to Capital Partners Global Services as an Analyst/Consultant, where they were responsible for company valuations, sales notebooks, business plans, sectoral analysis/benchmarking, and investor search. From 2010 to 2019, they worked at Dexia as a Portfolio Manager for Structured Finance, Project Finance, and Wholesale Banking. Her duties included monitoring the portfolio of structured financing, supervising and managing renewable energy, transportation, infrastructure, and PPP projects, and negotiating syndicated refinancing and waivers with customers and other financial entities. In 2021, they began working at Lightsource bp as a European Power Markets specialist.
