Michelle Garland is the Founder & CEO of Soul Search Partners, an executive recruitment platform with a focus on innovators in healthcare. Michelle is also a Partner at AlleyCorp, a NY-focused investment firm and incubator. Michelle serves as an Advisor at Reverence Care and as a Board Member at Nobis Health. Prior to their current roles, Michelle was the Managing Partner at Daversa Partners, where they built one of the top 3 practices in Healthtech. Michelle has also held positions at The New York Times, Ticketmaster, Dow Jones, and Bentley, Barnes & Lynn.

Michelle Garland attended The University of Kansas from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism & Mass Communications.
