Elise B. is an experienced advocate for adoptee rights currently serving as President and Board Member of the Louisiana Coalition for Adoption Reform, where efforts contributed to the development of HB 450 now Act 470. In addition, Elise holds the position of Vice Chair and Executive Board Member at the Minnesota Marine Art Museum. Active in various capacities within the Minnesota Coalition for Adoption Reform and serving as a committee member since January 2017, Elise is also a Certified Veriditas Labyrinth Facilitator and a Certified SoulCollage® Facilitator. With a special interest in forensic genealogy, Elise has provided research and activism since 1986 and has been a Board Trustee at The Sheltering Arms Foundation. Education includes degrees from Boston University, Louisiana State University, and Bank Street College of Education, along with further studies at the Genealogical Research Institute of Pittsburgh.
