Jolanda Zwaagstra

Jolanda Zwaagstra is an experienced professional in social services and entrepreneurship, currently serving as the owner of Krêftiger since November 2021 and as a facilitator for SoulCollage® since May 2017. Previous roles include consultant and case manager for youth at Recruitmenthuis, and founder of Betinksels, which focuses on creative ideas and innovations. Jolanda has held various positions in organizations such as Stichting BAB, Fier, and Talant, where responsibilities ranged from all-round support to client administration. Educational background includes a Master’s degree in Lifespan Psychology from Open Universiteit (2022-2025), stress counselling certification, and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Pedagogical Assistance from Christelijke Hogeschool Leeuwarden (1996-2000).
