Marlo Hirl is an experienced marketing and brand strategist with over two decades of expertise in the credit union sector. Currently serving as a Senior Brand Strategist at Sound Credit Union since March 2016, Marlo leads brand initiatives and collaborates with marketing teams to enhance brand recognition and member engagement across various channels. Prior roles include VP Marketing and VP of Lending at Mill City Credit Union, where Marlo developed lending strategies and managed marketing and business development efforts to align with organizational goals. Marlo's career also includes positions as Marketing Manager at Mill City Credit Union, Marketing Specialist at Hiway Federal Credit Union, and Marketing Coordinator at Sound Credit Union. Marlo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Washington State University and has completed the CUNA Management School in Credit Union Leadership, further supplemented by study abroad in Advertising at the American InterContinental University in London.
