Liz Baker has extensive experience in healthcare recruitment, with roles at Anthem Associates as a Hospital Medicine Consultant from 2011 to 2012, Cogent Healthcare as a Physician Recruiter from 2012 to 2014, and Sound Physicians in various recruitment and leadership positions from 2014 to present. Their roles at Sound Physicians included Clinical Recruiter for Hospital Medicine, Clinical Recruiter for Emergency Medicine, Director of Clinical Transitions, Director of Emergency Medicine Recruitment, and currently, they serve as the Associate Senior Director of Clinical Recruitment for Emergency Medicine.
