Stephanie Perry

Stephanie Perry, MA, SFHM, has a diverse work history that includes leadership roles in healthcare operations. Starting in 2003 as a Barista and Certified Training Coach at Starbucks, they later transitioned to roles at Warner Company Jewelers, London Properties, and Aetna. In 2010, Stephanie became the Regional Director of Operations at Bay Area Hospitalist Associates, Inc., before moving on to Virginia Mason Medical Center in 2016. At Virginia Mason, they served as the Director of Hospital Services and later as the Director of the Comprehensive Stroke Center. Currently, Stephanie is with Sound Physicians, where they have held positions as the Regional Vice President of Operations and now the Group Vice President of Operations.

Stephanie Perry earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration from California State University, Fresno in 2007. Stephanie later pursued a Master of Arts in Education with a focus on Leadership and Organizational Studies at Fresno Pacific University from 2008 to 2010. Stephanie also received various certifications related to healthcare leadership and hospital medicine over the years.
