Stephany Nelson

Stephany Nelson began their career in 2008 at Staff Care as a Senior Account Manager, matching qualified healthcare professionals with organizations in need of temporary staffing. In 2013, they joined Sound Physicians as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, where they later became the Director of Hospitalist Recruitment for the Monarch Region in May 2018. Throughout their roles, they gained expertise in physician recruitment and hospitalist organization management.

Stephany Nelson earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Rehabilitation Studies from The Ohio State University in 2002. Stephany also pursued a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Studies at the University of North Texas.
