Slick Jorgensen

Slick Jorgensen is an experienced lighting designer and technician with a diverse background in the theatrical and production industries. Currently serving as a Journeyman with IATSE and a Company Member at Jackalope Theatre Company, Slick also holds multiple freelance roles, including Programmer and Moving Light Tech at Bentley Meeker Lighting & Staging, Inc., and Freelance Programmer at Sound Investment AV and Kehoe Designs. As the Owner of SLAM Productions, which provides moving repair, training, and rental services, Slick operates offices in New York City and Chicago. Education includes a Master of Fine Arts in Lighting Design from Boston University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Further experience encompasses roles such as Assistant Lighting Designer at Palm Beach Opera and Programming positions at various theaters, showcasing a commitment to the field since 2012.
