Cameron Leitch has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2002, they served as the Chief Financial Officer and later as the General Manager - Southern Operations at Hare & Forbes until 2007. From 2008 to 2021, they were a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where they co-founded the Transformation practice in the Asian region and led the practice across Australia and New Zealand. During this time, they worked with clients on operational performance improvement, capital productivity, and strategy. In 2017, they became a Non Executive Director at Melbourne Business School and served until an unspecified date. In 2021, Leitch took on the role of Chief Executive Officer at SoundBay Pty Ltd, which owns the retail brands Mannys and Store DJ in Australia. Cameron also held positions in various organizations, including serving as the President of the Australian Music Association starting in 2023. Leitch's involvement in the field of music extends beyond their role as President, as they work to advocate for music education and promote music making.
