Maija Jekabsone

Maija Jekabsone has a diverse work experience in various industries. Maija began their career in 2017 as an Incoming Exchange Manager at AIESEC in Denmark, where they evaluated candidates, implemented promotional campaigns, and conducted sales activities. In 2019, Maija worked as an SEO Copywriter at Project Nord and as a Sales Assistant at FullMoon. Maija then joined Mutonic in 2020, serving as an International Sales Agent and later as an Account Manager and Platform Specialist. In 2021, Maija started working as a Talent Recruiter at Talentiir, where they managed the full recruitment process, wrote job ads, and sourced quality candidates.
