Stephen Blake

Stephen Blake is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product design and user experience. Currently serving as Design Principal at SoundCloud since August 2022, Blake previously held the position of Head of Product Design at UnitedMasters from April 2018 to August 2022. With a strong creative leadership background, Blake has also served as Chief Creative Officer and VP of Design at Dwell, and VP of Design at Thismoment, where innovative digital solutions for engagement were developed. Prior roles include Director of User Experience Design at Yahoo!, Creative Director at CNET, and various design positions at Kyocera Technology Development and Lycos, Inc. Stephen Blake holds a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from California State University, Chico, awarded between 1992 and 1995.
