Don Potter possesses extensive experience in project management and customer service within various organizations. Currently serving as Manager of Rights Projects and Repertoire at SoundExchange since April 2014, Don has taken on multiple leadership roles, enhancing team operations and interfacing with customers effectively. Prior to SoundExchange, Don contributed to Consumers' Checkbook Magazine from July 2007 to April 2014 as Assistant Subscriptions Manager, where responsibilities included managing subscriber databases, providing customer service support, and leading marketing initiatives that significantly increased revenue. With a background in commissions management from Employee Benefits Corporation of America, Don holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from George Mason University.
