Andrew Richards

Andrew Richards has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Andrew is currently the Director of Business Development at SoundHound Inc., a position they have held since 2019. Prior to this, they founded and served as the President of fabriq.fm, a not-for-profit record label and music/sound design production company from 2006. In this role, they worked on music production, managed record labels, organized tours, and won several awards. Andrew also has experience in the technology sector, having worked as the Transport Business Unit Manager at Acapela Group from 2014 to 2019 and as a Business Developer at Elan Speech from 2001 to 2003. In addition, they have prior experience as a Pre-sales Engineer at StorageTek France from 2000 to 2001. Andrew has a track record of exceeding sales targets, negotiating contracts with Fortune 500 accounts, and demonstrating strong leadership and business development skills throughout their career.

Andrew Richards attended Bishop Stopford, Kettering from 1989 to 1994, and earned a DEUG degree in Language Sciences from the University of Toulouse 2 from 1999 to 2001. In between, from 1995 to 1998, they attended Lycée Polyvalent Rive Gauche where they pursued a Baccalauréat Littéraire and was also part of the Midi-Pyrénées Football School of Excellence.
