Tyler Lawson

Tyler Lawson has extensive work experience in the field of site reliability engineering and web development. Tyler started their career as a Website Developer at Dreiden Design and Marketing in 2005. From 2006 to 2010, they worked at N49 Interactive, initially as a Developer and later as an IT Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for developing websites, troubleshooting server issues, and optimizing code.

In 2010, Tyler joined Yellow Pages / Pages Jaunes - Canada as a Senior Web Developer. Tyler worked on migrating legacy codebase to Symfony2 and was responsible for managing 100+ AWS servers. Tyler also served as a Team Lead - Web, where they led and mentored the web team and introduced new technologies and practices.

In 2017, Tyler joined CGI as a Senior DevOps Consultant. Tyler worked on DevOps solutions and provided consultation to clients.

Currently, Tyler is working at SoundHound since 2018. Tyler has held various roles, including Principal Site Reliability Engineer, Operations and Lead Site Reliability Engineer. Tyler'sresponsibilities include ensuring the reliability and performance of the company's systems.

Throughout their career, Tyler has demonstrated expertise in site reliability engineering, web development, and DevOps.

Tyler Lawson attended Northview Heights Secondary School from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained their High School Diploma.
