Daphne Schalbetter has a diverse and extensive work experience in leadership coaching and development. Daphne is currently a Leadership Coach at Sounding Board, Inc, where they empower talent leaders through behavioral science-backed coaching engagements. Prior to this, they founded and owned Superwoman Coach LLC in 2020. Daphne also served as a Foundation Member and Chair of the Board at CoachAid, a global not-for-profit coaching service focused on supporting leaders of social change and individuals affected by rapid changes and uncertainty.

In 2019, Daphne worked as a Co-Active Coach, Leadership Trainer, and Management Consultant at Change Matters Coaching LLC, helping individuals, teams, and organizations reach their full potential. Daphne Schalbetter's education history is as follows:

Daphne attended Jakarta Intercultural School and obtained a High School Diploma in 1995. Daphne then studied at the Institut Supérieur du Commerce, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration. Additionally, Daphne attended Regents Business School, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (hons) in International Marketing.

Notably, Daphne also studied at Ecole Spéciale Militaire de Saint-Cyr in 2014, focusing on topics such as Leadership, Team Building, and Crisis Management. In the same year, they also attended NYU Stern School of Business, where they studied Corporate Governance and Corporate Finance.

In 2015, Daphne enrolled at Mannheim Business School and completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Daphne also briefly attended ESSEC Asia-Pacific, where they studied Negotiating in China, Islamic Marketing, and Geopolitics.

Later on, in 2018, Daphne joined The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and became a certified Co-Active® Coach. Continuing their professional development, Daphne earned various certifications, including Certified Positive Intelligence Coach (CPQC), Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Co-Active Coaching Intermediate, and Organization & Relationship Systems at Work.
