Farrah Underwood, PMP, CSM, CSPO

Farrah Underwood, PMP, CSM, CSPO has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Currently, they serve as a Senior Technical Program Manager at Sounding Board, Inc. In their previous role at Choice Hotels International, they worked as a Project Manager and Scrum Master, supporting multiple scrum teams in the Digital Experience space. Farrah facilitated project and release planning, organized scrum calls and sprint ceremonies, and communicated team progress. Prior to that, Farrah worked as a Senior Program Manager at Apriva, where they coordinated program activities, produced estimates, and mitigated risks. Farrah also served as a Program Manager and Executive Assistant at LifeLock, leading medium to large projects, maintaining relationships, and acting as a liaison between teams. Earlier in their career, Farrah held positions such as Project Coordinator at The Van Tuyl Group, Inc., Marketing/Event Coordinator at Beaudry Media Group, and Fashion Sales Assistant at Marcolin, USA. Farrah started their career as a Sales Support Administrator at Avnet and a Sales Assistant at Clear Channel Radio.

Farrah Underwood holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Arizona. Farrah then went on to earn a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Farrah has obtained several certifications. Farrah is a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), both granted by the Scrum Alliance. Farrah received their CSPO certification in March 2017 and their CSM certification in March 2014. Farrah is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, having obtained their certification in August 2010.
