Iyad Uakoub is a Leadership Coach and the Head of Behavioral Science and People & Culture at Sounding Board, Inc. Iyad also serves as a Leadership Coach and Senior Director of Behavioral Science at Localized. Additionally, Iyad is the Co-Founder of Ninety Five Z, Founder of Sparathon, and has held various HR and coaching roles at Skillz Inc., Juul Labs, Forbes Human Resources Council, ThousandEyes, Stanford University, and Purdue University. Iyad holds degrees from Stanford University, Harvard University, Purdue University, and the University of San Francisco.
