Kimberly Kamolz, MA, ACC

Kimberly Kamolz, MA, ACC, currently serves as a Group Facilitator at Forum, focusing on peer support groups for women and leaders of color. Kimberly has extensive experience as a Leadership Coach with Sounding Board, Inc., and Elevation Consulting and Coaching. Previous roles include Program Manager at Microsoft, where Kimberly led various initiatives including the launch of Microsoft Learn, and Program Manager for Starbucks, managing a significant software project. Kimberly’s background encompasses project management consulting and senior consulting roles, overseeing multimillion-dollar projects and cross-functional teams. Kimberly holds a Professional Coaching Certification from SeattleCoach, and degrees in Organizational Communication and Agricultural Education from Washington State University and the University of Minnesota, respectively.
