Mary E. McGuinness, M.Ed, PCC

Mary E. McGuinness, M.Ed, PCC, serves as the Director of Coach Guidance and Leadership Coach at Sounding Board, Inc. since June 2019, implementing leadership development programs. As President of MMCG, Inc. since February 2014, Mary provides HR corporate strategy, change management, and executive coaching across various sectors. Mary is also an International Leadership Development Consultant at DePaul University, where a hybrid servant leadership program was developed for East Africa. Additionally, Mary has held roles at Exelon, DePaul University, The Oak Park River Forest Community Foundation Leadership Lab, and other institutions, focusing on leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and higher education. Educationally, Mary holds an M.Ed from DePaul University and has completed various leadership and coaching certifications, including from Harvard University and The Grove Consultants International.
