Mike Brogden, M.S, ACC, is a seasoned leadership coach and organizational consultant with extensive experience across multiple roles since 2008. Currently serving as a Leadership Coach at Sounding Board, Inc, Mike contributes to bridging the leadership gap through innovative coaching management systems. Concurrently, Mike operates as an Organizational Consultant and Leadership Coach at Performance Plus International, and has owned LevelUp Consulting since February 2020. In addition, Mike holds the position of Senior Consultant and Executive Coach at The Performance Principles. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Bowie State University, two Master's degrees—in Organization Development & Change from Fielding Graduate University and in Performance Improvement & Training from Capella University—and current coursework toward a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership at Fielding Graduate University.
