Cormac Berkery

Cormac Berkery has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Data Scientist at Source.ag, where they contribute to the advancement of sustainable agriculture using artificial intelligence in greenhouses. Prior to that, they served as a Machine Learning Engineer at NXP Semiconductors, where they optimized compute task scheduling through the development of machine learning models. Cormac has also worked as a Teaching Assistant at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, assisting with a course on Data Mining Techniques and teaching data processing and machine learning methods. Additionally, Cormac gained relevant experience as an intern at Assure Hedge, specializing in OTC currency hedging solutions for FX brokers.

Cormac Berkery completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Economics (TSM) from Trinity College Dublin in the years 2014 to 2018. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Computational Science at the University of Amsterdam from 2018 to 2020.
