Abi Peppers

Abi Peppers has a diverse background in teammate services and education, currently serving as a Benefits Coordinator and Onboarding Facilitator at Source Allies Inc. since April 2019. Prior to this role, Abi worked as a Case Coordinator at Principal Financial Group, where responsibilities included managing a high caseload and mentoring new coworkers. With experience as Assistant Director at WONDER YEARS ACADEMY, Abi provided guidance to teachers, developed curricula, and coordinated staff schedules. Abi holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Education from the University of Northern Iowa, earned in 2013.
