Tom Martin

Tom Martin is the Managing Director of Product, Energy & Utilities at TROVE. Tom has been with the company since August 2018 and in their current role for two years.

TROVE is a Predictive Data Science company that was acquired by E Source in 2020. The company delivers one-of-a-kind data-powered predictive science by fusing data with dynamic and powerful sources of data, then applying the absolute standard in predictive science.

Predictive Data Science is a field that combines the disciplines of statistics, engineering, operations research, computer science, and others, while utilizing the techniques of data mining, machine learning, and mathematical optimization. TROVE's platform delivers solutions to partners in the form of demand forecasting, program optimization, fraud identification, and customer segmentation. These actionable insights are delivered to the user via simple web interface tools designed with the end user in mind.

Tom Martin has been working in the field of Predictive Data Science for over two years and has been instrumental in developing TROVE's platform and delivering actionable insights to TROVE's partners.

Tom Martin pursued a Master of Business Administration at the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business, with concentrations in corporate finance and business leadership. Prior to that, they completed a BS in electrical engineering at the University of Notre Dame. Additionally, they hold an energy innovation and emerging technology certificate from Stanford University, as well as an innovation and entrepreneurship certificate from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Tom is also a LEED Accredited Professional, certified by the US Green Building Council - St. Louis Regional Chapter.
