Manoj Balakrishnan

Manoj Balakrishnan has a diverse work experience in the engineering and quality management fields. Manoj currently works as a Supplier QA Engineer at Sourceability LLC, where they support the electronic industry's supply chain by providing technical and technology intelligence for product design requirements. Prior to this role, Manoj worked as a Project Engineer in Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Quality Management at Sun Industrial Automation & Solutions. Manoj was responsible for developing and executing purchasing strategies. Before that, they were a Quality Engineer at PSM TECH INDIA, where they contributed to the vision of creating a better manufacturing business. Manoj also gained valuable experience as a Graduate Engineering Apprentice at Avalon Technologies Pvt Ltd, where they were involved in electronic manufacturing services and engineering design and development.

Manoj Balakrishnan pursued their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University during the period from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, they have also acquired additional certifications. In December 2022, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt CLSSE-BB certification from Henry Harvin. Manoj also obtained an InterCEPT Certified Inspector 2 certification from ERAI Inc. in September 2022.
