Michał Sroczyński

Michał Sroczyński has extensive work experience in Quality Assurance and testing roles. Michał is currently working as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Sourceability. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Quality Assurance at Digital Warehouse Paweł Synowiec from January 2021 to August 2022. Earlier in their career, they worked at XPO Logistics Europe, where they held multiple QA roles, including Key User, Junior Key User, and Super User. In these roles, they were responsible for Reflex WMS support and maintenance, R&D and change management, implementation of new solutions, reporting of implementation progress, support for reporting tools, and L1 support management. Additionally, they actively shared their knowledge with team members and focused on improving QA and testing reliability.

Michał Sroczyński earned an Engineer's degree in Information Technology from The Witelon State University of Applied Sciences in Legnica, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. In April 2016, they obtained the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) certification from Cisco.
