Michael Smith

Michael Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contract management and team leadership. Currently serving as a Team Manager at SourceAmerica since February 2020, Michael oversees a team of five account managers responsible for building maintenance services across 135 accounts valued at $99.5 million, primarily with the General Services Administration and other Civilian Federal Agencies. Prior to this role, Michael worked at PRIDE Industries as a Senior Contract Administrator, focusing on government contracts, and served in the United States Air Force from 1998 to 2014 in various contracting and security positions. Michael holds multiple associate degrees from the Community College of the Air Force in Human Resources Management, Purchasing, and Criminal Justice, along with a DAWIA Level I Certification in Contracting from the Defense Acquisition University.
