Beena Ramachandran

Beena Ramachandran is an experienced project manager with a strong background in solution design, business transformation, and process excellence. Currently, at Sourcepoint since November 2020, Beena manages multiple projects, coordinates with various stakeholders, and ensures that projects meet business objectives in terms of time, cost, and quality. Previous roles include Manager of Process Control at RealFoundations and Professional 2 - Quality at DXC Technology, where Beena led operational excellence initiatives and acquired extensive knowledge in various business processes. Beena's early career includes team leadership at Accenture and teaching at NIIT Technologies. Beena holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Madurai Kamaraj University.
