Dawn Wannenmacher

Dawn Wannenmacher is an experienced customer care professional with a background in both healthcare and customer service. Currently serving as a Customer Care Representative at Sourcepoint since September 2020, Dawn previously gained valuable experience as a Care Partner at Evergreen Memory Care, assisting residents with daily activities from October 2019 to September 2020. Prior to that role, Dawn worked as a Customer Service Representative at FCR for three years, where responsibilities included handling incoming calls for a health insurance company and an online payment processor.
